Building trade includes all the interventions for carry out, modify, repair or demolish a building. It’s a technical activity and a productive process. Ordinary interventions are about: maintaining the efficiency of the installation (for example remaking of the wiring or the plumbing, substitution of the drain water descendant), increasing it size (for example adding some lights) keeping clean and hygienic its rooms/places (for example painting the walls or plastering). Extraordinary interventions are useful for maintaining in good conditions the whole building. They are used for substitution and change of the structural building parts or carrying out new installations totally different from the ones already existing. We can include it maintenance of the static strengthening, remaking of all sanitary fittings, complete modification of the water plant and the electric system
